I accidentally made someone (One of my friends) like me but I dont like them back. I know that its my fault and now I feel really sad and guilty about it, and it seems that hes really sad about me rejecting him and Im afraid that he might be in depression. What should I do?

The best way to handle this is to sit down with him and have a talk, explain to him that you see him as a friend, and that you want to make him understand that this is all that you can be, that you don't see him that way, and you want to discuss this because you feel it has become an issue. Also it would be wise to ask what gave him the impression you liked him that way, and try to avoid the same mistake in the future with other friends. how did you make he/she like you?? Well, it doesnt matter. if you truely do not like him/her. Turn her//him down nicely but do not speak ill of him/her. Because, if you don't, you will only going to hurt them more in the furture. And you will hurt them less if you just get it over with :D rite?

Well I usually act like im close to him for fun... but then I think that I over did it. And now I cause him to like me... Im trying to talk to him about it, so that he wont be hurt as bad. But its going to be hard for me because I never been in this situation before and I heard that this is his first time liking someone. And... yeah... so Im asking for advice. Oh and just to tell you now I dont act so close to him anymore.
