You know what, break-up with him. Does he really love you? I don't know if he acts sweet and all or he does so many things for you, but does her really love you? And also, you have to think about whats going to happen when that child is born. Will his Ex want him back to be a father? Will he have to take responsibility? You can't think about now, you have to think about what WILL happen and what WON'T happen. And my advice is not only for you but for him, his Ex, and the child.
