Well the thing is, your friend has made himself a decision that he chosed himself. If he has taken into account that he does not care who he has sex with, we cannot really stop him since it is not against the law unless there is an age limit or specific rule i do not know about. The girl herself is quite naive being convinced so easily, probably because she probably longing for a relationship base on her personal issues explained by you. I for one do not agree with manipulating woman for sex because is a thing about trust between couples. If he is sincerely dedicated to her, than it would not be a problem. Since you want to stop him, your only option is to consult with him about what he is doing. It would usually be questioning about why he is doing this, but because he is your friend, you perhaps might have ways to discuss this issue with him already. In some situation, it might be more simple just to talk with the girl instead about what your guy friend's true objective, but in the end it is still their decision to decide how they live life. We can on advice and convince. The other problem i personally see is if he is a person who is wanting sex so badly, any girl could be a victim to his desire for sex.
